ZNJ offers remote digital services worldwide. On-site event and media work depends on location, dates and available resources.
How do I request a quotation?
Send your service requirements, location, date or deadline and approximate budget. For events, include the guest count; for content or marketing, include your audience and intended deliverables.
Is talent or a venue confirmed when I enquire?
An enquiry is a request to check options. Availability, fees, responsibilities and booking terms require written confirmation before a booking is treated as confirmed.
How are payments arranged?
Your quotation or booking confirmation will state the payment method, agreed charges and payment schedule. Ask us to clarify any item before you pay.
What if I need to change or cancel a booking?
Contact us as soon as possible with your booking reference. The applicable agreed terms, work already completed and any supplier commitments will determine the available options.
What should I do about a payment problem?
Contact us with your booking or order reference and a description of the issue. Avoid sending card details, passwords or one-time codes. If a payment appears pending, check its status with your payment provider before retrying.
